Shipping is free anywhere in New Zealand, on every order, with no minimum spend. Rural addresses included.
How long it takes
There are two parts to this, and it helps to keep them separate.
Getting it out the door. Orders placed before midday on a business day are dispatched the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays go out on the next business day. We will usually be faster than that, but that is what we promise.
Getting it to you. Once it is with the courier:

All New Zealand orders are sent tracked. These are courier estimates rather than guarantees, and they run from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.
You will receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order leaves us. If you have not had that email within three business days, check your spam folder and then get in touch.
Shipping outside New Zealand
We are shipping within New Zealand only for now, while we get this edition into as many New Zealand hands as we can.

All prices shown include New Zealand GST.
Address accuracy
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. We cannot redirect a parcel once it has been dispatched. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we will re-send it once you have covered the return and re-delivery cost.
Delays and lost parcels
Once a parcel is with the courier, delivery timing is out of our hands. Tracking will usually tell you where it is.
If tracking has not moved for seven business days, email us and we will open an enquiry with the courier. If the parcel is confirmed lost we will replace it or refund you in full, whichever you prefer.
Free shipping, the fine print
Free shipping applies to standard tracked delivery to any New Zealand address, with no minimum order. We reserve the right to quote separately for exceptionally remote addresses, and we will always tell you before charging anything.
A limited-time edition
THIRTEEN is sold in editions, and every edition exists for a limited time only.
The Let’s Get Playing! Edition opened on 31 August 2026 and closes on 12 November 2026. On 13 November the Aotearoa Playlist Edition takes its place. When an edition closes it is gone: we do not reprint it and we do not bring it back.
So this one is available for about eleven weeks in total. If you want it, buy it while it is open.
